A modest, careful service for watches needing a light touch. Battery or basic movement care, case cleaning, and seal check for everyday wear. We share anything we notice so you can decide at your own pace.

Standard Overhaul
A balanced overhaul for mechanical watches worn often and ready for renewal. Cleaning, lubrication, timing regulation, seal renewal, and a settling period on the bench.

Complete Care Programme

Transparent Assessment
Before any work begins, we take time to examine your watch and explain what we find. You decide what to proceed with — there is no pressure involved.

We do not rush a watch through the bench. Each piece settles and is observed before it is returned to you — enough time for us to be confident it is running steadily.

Our watchmakers have worked across Swiss mechanical and Japanese quartz movements for over a decade. Most complications and calibres are familiar territory.

Proper Seal Testing
Water resistance is tested, not assumed. Seals are renewed during overhaul work and pressure-tested before the watch leaves the studio, especially for dive and sport models.
Chiang Mai Based
Convenient to the old city on Tha Phae Road. You can bring your watch in person, discuss it face to face, and collect it yourself when the work is complete.

Things people often ask us
How do I know which service my watch needs?
You do not need to decide in advance. Bring the watch in and we will examine it and talk through what we notice. We will suggest the most sensible option and you can take your time before agreeing.
How long does a service typically take?
A Simple Service is usually ready within 3–5 working days. A Standard Overhaul typically takes 2–3 weeks to allow proper settling time on the bench. The Complete Care Programme may take 4–6 weeks depending on the movement and any parts sourcing needed.
Do you work on vintage or heirloom watches?
Yes. Older and more personal pieces are often what we enjoy most. The Complete Care Programme is well suited to heirloom watches. We are careful with aged parts and will discuss any concerns openly with you before proceeding.
What brands and movements do you service?
We work on most Swiss and Japanese mechanical movements, including ETA, Miyota, Seiko, and many vintage calibres. We also handle quartz watches. If you have an unusual or high-complication piece, contact us first and we will let you know honestly whether it falls within our scope.
Will you let me know about any additional costs before starting?
Always. If we discover parts that need replacing or work beyond the agreed scope, we contact you before continuing. You will never receive an unexpected bill from us.
Can I drop off my watch without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during studio hours. If you would prefer a quieter moment to discuss a complex piece, a brief call ahead helps us set aside time for you. Contact details are below.
